Bestilling av hytter kan gjøres via telefon eller e-post. Vi krever ikke forskuddsbetaling og så sant det er mulig blir det sendt ut ordrebekreftelse til kunden pr epost. Vi bruker standard avbestillingsregler som brukt av camping.no. Ved utsendelse av faktura pr.post, tilkommer et fakturagebyr på kr 50. Pass på og ha reiseforsikringen i orden, så er det ingen problem om du må avbestille på grunn av sykdom eller andre ting. Dårlig værmelding er ingen avbestillingsgrunn.

Tidspunkt for innsjekk: Tidligst kl.15.00

Tidspunkt for utsjekk: Senest kl.12.00.

Vi har innført obligatorisk sluttvask – vi vasker alltid etter våre gjester.

Gebyr ved avbestilling:

Inntil 40 dager før ankomst: 10% av den totale kostnaden unntatt sluttvask.

39 -15 dager før ankomst: 50 % av den totale kostnaden unntatt sluttvask.

14 -2 dager før ankomst: 75% av den totale kostnaden unntatt sluttvask.

Dagen før ankomstdato / ankomstdato: 100% av den totale prisen unntatt sluttvask.

No Show: 100% av den totale prisen unntatt sluttvask.

Sjekkliste før avreise:

Vi ber om at våre gjester klargjør hytta for vasking slik at rengjøringen blir enklest mulig
og mest mulig hygienisk for våre renholdere.

Samle søppel og kast det i søppelcontaineren. Vi har bare restavfallscontainer.

I hytte med oppvaskmaskin skal denne settes på.

Sørg for at dere har fått med alle personlige eiendeler.

Lever nøkkelen i nøkkelboks på veggen av resepsjonen eller til betjeningen på campingen.

Bookings of cabins can be made by phone or email. We do not require advance payment and as far as possible, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email. We use standard cancellation rules as used by camping.no. When sending an invoice by post, an invoice fee of NOK 50 will be added. Make sure and have the travel insurance in order, so there is no problem if you have to cancel due to illness or other things. Bad weather forecast is no reason to cancel.

Time of check-in: No earlier than 15.00.

Time of check-out: No later than 12.00.

We have introduced mandatory final washing – we always wash after our guests.

Cancellation fee:

Up to 40 days before arrival: 10% of the total cost excluding final cleaning.

39 -15 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost excluding final cleaning.

14 -2 days before arrival: 75% of the total cost excluding final cleaning.

The day before arrival / arrival date: 100% of the total price excluding final cleaning.

Checklist before departure:

We ask that our guests prepare the cabin for washing so that the cleaning is as simple as possible and as hygienic as possible for our cleaners.

Collect garbage and throw it in the bin. We only have residual waste containers.

In a cabin with a dishwasher, this must be put on.

Make sure you have included all personal belongings.

Deliver the key in a key box on the wall of the reception or to the staff at the campsite.
